Chillaru Spa & Resort – Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website or making a reservation with Chillaru Spa & Resort (“Chillaru”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Reservations are subject to room availability.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking-confirmation email or WhatsApp confirmation.

Guests must provide accurate information while making reservations.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

Taxes will be charged as applicable under Indian law.

Chillaru reserves the right to modify room rates without prior notice for future bookings.

Promotional offers and vouchers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

Individual Bookings

Bookings cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Group Bookings — 5 or More Rooms

Bookings cancelled 15 days or more before check-in will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Peak Dates

Bookings made for peak periods, including but not limited to:

  • Saturdays, where specifically mentioned
  • Christmas
  • New Year
  • Long weekends
  • Special-event dates
  • Dates specifically mentioned on the booking voucher

are 100% non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guests agree to:

  • Maintain decorum during their stay
  • Respect other guests
  • Comply with resort rules
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to resort property beyond normal wear and tear

Chillaru reserves the right to charge guests for any damage caused during their stay.

Access to facilities including the swimming pool, spa, activities, restaurant, bar and recreational areas is subject to:

  • Operating hours
  • Maintenance schedules
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety requirements

Certain facilities may require prior reservation or additional charges.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, Chillaru shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control
  • Temporary closure of facilities due to maintenance, weather, government orders or unforeseen circumstances

Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended.

All content, photographs, logos and branding on this website belong to Chillaru Spa & Resort and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during bookings will be used solely for:

  • Reservation management
  • Guest communication
  • Legal compliance
  • Service improvement

Chillaru Spa & Resort does not sell customer data to third parties.

Where guests proceed to an external booking platform, WhatsApp or another third-party service, the privacy practices of that platform may also apply.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
